A floral take on a classic martini.
  1. Ingredients:
  2. 1.0 oz 818 TEQUILA BLANCO
  3. 1.25 OZ LILLET BLANC
  4. 0.25 OZ GIFFARD PAMPLEMOUSSE LIQUEUR
  5. 1-2 DASHES OF ORANGE BITTERS
  6. + GRAPEFRUIT PEEL
  • Prep:
  • (1) Stir all ingredients with plenty of ice, strain and serve up in a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
  • (2) Garnish with a grapefruit peel.

  • 1.0 OZ - Pistachio Milk (plus extra for frothing)

  • (1) In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine all ingredients and shake until frosty.
  • (2) Strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube.
