- Ingredients:
- 2.0 OZ - 818 Tequila Reposado
- 1.0 OZ - Peach Syrup
- 0.75 OZ - Lemon Juice
- 0.5 OZ - Honey
- 1 - Egg White
- Prep:
- (1) In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine tequila, peach syrup, lemon juice, and honey. Stir generously until honey is incorporated.
- (2) Add the egg white and dry shake to emulsify. Fill the shaker with ice and shake again until well-chilled.
- (3) Strain into a rocks glass and garnish with a peach slice.
