818's riff on the classic Manhattan.

Ingredients:
2.0 OZ 818 Tequila Añejo
1.0 OZ Sweet Vermouth
2 Dashes Aromatic Bitters
+ Orange Twist (garnish)
+ Maraschino Cherry (garnish)

Prep:
(1) Combine ingredients into a mixing glass and fill with ice.
(2) Stir and strain into a coupe or small glass.
(3) Garnish with a maraschino cherry and/or an orange twist.

1.0 OZ Agave Syrup (50% Agave Nectar, 50% Water)
