It's party time with this beet and ginger delight.

  1. Ingredients:
  2. 2.0 OZ BEET-INFUSED 818 TEQUILA BLANCO
  3. 0.75 OZ CARA CARA ORANGE JUICE
  4. 0.75 OZ GINGER SYRUP
  5. 1 EGG WHITE
  6. GINGER BEER OR LIGHT GINGER BEER
  • Prep:
  • (1) SHAKE ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT FOR SODA VIGOROUSLY WITHOUT ICE, THEN ADD ICE AND CONTINUE TO SHAKE UNTIL FROSTY.
  • (2) DOUBLE-STRAIN INTO A HIGHBALL GLASS.
  • (3) SLOWLY, POUR IN THE SODA, OCCASIONALLY TAPPING ON THE BOTTOM OF THE GLASS, ALLOWING A LAYER OF FOAM TO FORM AT THE TOP OF THE GLASS.
  • (4) GARNISH WITH AN ORANGE PEEL.

  • 1.0 OZ Campari
  • 1.0 OZ Sweet Vermouth
  • 3-4 Dashes Orange Bitters
  • + Orange or Lemon Peel (garnish)
  • Prep:
  • (1) Combine all ingredients and stir together with ice until chilled.
  • (2) Strain into a rocks glass with ice.
