It's party time with this beet and ginger delight.
- Ingredients:
- 2.0 OZ BEET-INFUSED 818 TEQUILA BLANCO
- 0.75 OZ CARA CARA ORANGE JUICE
- 0.75 OZ GINGER SYRUP
- 1 EGG WHITE
- GINGER BEER OR LIGHT GINGER BEER
- Prep:
- (1) SHAKE ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT FOR SODA VIGOROUSLY WITHOUT ICE, THEN ADD ICE AND CONTINUE TO SHAKE UNTIL FROSTY.
- (2) DOUBLE-STRAIN INTO A HIGHBALL GLASS.
- (3) SLOWLY, POUR IN THE SODA, OCCASIONALLY TAPPING ON THE BOTTOM OF THE GLASS, ALLOWING A LAYER OF FOAM TO FORM AT THE TOP OF THE GLASS.
- (4) GARNISH WITH AN ORANGE PEEL.
