Pride Tai
The mai tai gets the tequila treatment.
Note: Recipe is made to share - use half portions for single serving.
- Ingredients:
- 1.0 OZ 818 TEQUILA BLANCO
- 2.0 OZ 818 TEQUILA REPOSADO
- 1.o OZ AGED RHUM AGRICOLE (PREFER CLEMENT VSOP)
- 1.5 FRESH-SQUEEZED LIME JUICE + SPENT LIME SHELL
- 0.5 TRIPLE SEC
- 0.5 ORGEAT
- 0.5 DEMERARA SYRUP
- 2 Dashes FALERNUM
- Prep:
- (1) IN A LARGE SHAKER, COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS.
- (2) WHIP SHAKE WITH TONS OF CRUSHED ICE AND DOUBLE STRAIN INTO A GLASS AS BIG AS YOUR HEART AND BRIMMING WITH CRUSHED ICE.
- (3) GARNISH IT UP LIKE A PARADE FLOAT WITH WHATEVER BRINGS YOU JOY... FLOWER PETALS, PRIDE FLAGS, SPENT LIME SHELLS, FRESH FRUIT, POLLY POCKETS, WEDDING RINGS, ETC.
- (4) ADD STRAWS, AND SHARE IT WITH A CRUSH. NOTE: RECIPE IS MADE TO SHARE - USE HALF PORTIONS FOR SINGLE SERVING.
