Olive Oil Espresso Martini

Añejo Blanco Reposado

Velvety smooth and subtly sweet with a delicious richness that must be tasted to be believed.

  1. Ingredients:
  2. 1.5 OZ - 818 Tequila Reposado
  3. 1.25 OZ - Espresso
  4. 0.75 OZ - Coffee Liqueur
  5. 0.25 OZ - Simple Syrup
  6. 1 TBSP - Great Quality Olive Oil
  7. 0.5 TSP - Vanilla Extract
  • Prep:
  • (1) In a cockatil shaker with ice, combine all ingredients.
  • (2) Shake vigorously until the outside is frosty cold.
  • (3) Strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass.
  • (4) Garnish with 4 - 5 drops of olive oil. Run a toothpick through the dots to make floral pattern.
