Maple and pumpkin notes are the highlights in the perfect autumn cocktail.
- Ingredients:
- 2.0 OZ - Maple Pumpkin Butter-Washed 818 Tequila Reposado*
- 1 Bar Spoon - Maple Syrup
- 2 Dashes - Aromatic Bitters
- + Dehydrated Orange Wheel
- Prep:
- *For Butter-Washed Reposado:
- (1) Combine 4 tbsp maple pumpkin butter (prefer Stonewall Kitchen) and 12 oz 818 Reposado in an airtight container and let sit at room temperature for at least 4 hours.
- (2) Once frozen, remove the solids from the mixture.
- (3) Strain through a coffee filter to remove solids.

- For Cocktail:
- (1) In a glass with ice, combine all ingredients and stir.
- (2) Strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube.
- (3) Garnish with dehydrated orange wheel.
