Añejo Blanco Reposado

Maple and pumpkin notes are the highlights in the perfect autumn cocktail.

  1. Ingredients:
  2. 2.0 OZ - Maple Pumpkin Butter-Washed 818 Tequila Reposado*
  3. 1 Bar Spoon - Maple Syrup
  4. 2 Dashes - Aromatic Bitters
  5. + Dehydrated Orange Wheel
  • Prep:
  • *For Butter-Washed Reposado:
  • (1) Combine 4 tbsp maple pumpkin butter (prefer Stonewall Kitchen) and 12 oz 818 Reposado in an airtight container and let sit at room temperature for at least 4 hours.
  • (2) Once frozen, remove the solids from the mixture.
  • (3) Strain through a coffee filter to remove solids.
  • --
  • For Cocktail:
  • (1) In a glass with ice, combine all ingredients and stir.
  • (2) Strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube.
  • (3) Garnish with dehydrated orange wheel.

  • 0.5 OZ - Cointreau
  • Prep:
  • (1) In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine ingredients and shake until frosty and cold.
  • (2) Strain over a large ice cube and serve.

  • 1.5 OZ - 818 Tequila Blanco
  • 0.75 OZ - Hibiscus Tea
  • 0.75 OZ - Lime Juice
  • Prep:
  • (1) In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine ingredients except for salt and shake.
  • (2) Strain and serve in a coupe glass with ice and top with a pinch of flaky sea salt.
