Where Reposado meets cinnamon-kissed doughy warmth, like cookies pulled straight from a kitchen at cocktail hour.
- Ingredients:
- 1.5 OZ - 818 Tequila Reposado
- 0.75 OZ - Aged Demerara Rum
- 0.5 OZ - Fresh Lemon Juice
- 0.25 OZ - Cinnamon Syrup
- 0.25 OZ - Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White or Aquafaba
- + Cinnamon
- Prep:
- (1) In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients and shake.
- (2) Add ice and shake again.
- (3) Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- (4) Garnish with cinnamon.
