Añejo Blanco Reposado

Where Reposado meets cinnamon-kissed doughy warmth, like cookies pulled straight from a kitchen at cocktail hour.

  1. Ingredients:
  2. 1.5 OZ - 818 Tequila Reposado 
  3. 0.75 OZ - Aged Demerara Rum
  4. 0.5 OZ - Fresh Lemon Juice
  5. 0.25 OZ - Cinnamon Syrup
  6. 0.25 OZ - Simple Syrup
  7. 1 Egg White or Aquafaba
  8. + Cinnamon
  • Prep:
  • (1) In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients and shake.
  • (2) Add ice and shake again.
  • (3) Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  • (4) Garnish with cinnamon.

  • 1.0 OZ - cherry juice
  • 0.5 OZ - Cointreau
  • Prep:
  • (1) In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine ingredients and shake until frosty and cold.
  • (2) Strain over a large ice cube and serve.

  • 1.5 OZ - 818 Tequila Blanco
  • 0.75 OZ - Hibiscus Tea
  • 0.75 OZ - Lime Juice
  • Prep:
  • (1) In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine ingredients except for salt and shake.
  • (2) Strain and serve in a coupe glass with ice and top with a pinch of flaky sea salt.
