Ingredients:
2.0 OZ 818 TEQUILA BLANCO
0.5 OZ SIMPLE SYRUP
0.75 OZ LIME JUICE
1 Dash ANGOSTURA BITTERS
CLUB SODA
5-10 MINT LEAVES

Prep:
(1) MUDDLE THE MINT AND SIMPLE SYRUP IN A SHAKER.
(2) ADD THE LIME JUICE AND TEQUILA AND SHAKE WELL.
(3) DOUBLE STRAIN INTO A HIGHBALL GLASS WITH LARGE ICE CUBES.
(4) TOP WITH CLUB SODA AND STIR GENTLY TO COMBINE.
(5) GARNISH WITH MINT BOUQUET AND LIME WHEEL.
