Notes of agave and molasses collide with smoky Calabrian Chili peppers for a spicy sweet drink.
- Ingredients:
- 1.5 OZ 818 Tequila Añejo (or Reposado)
- 4 Calabrian Chili Peppers, plus more (for garnish)
- 1.0 OZ. Lemon Juice
- 0.5 OZ. Honey (alt. Hot Honey for Hot Honey version)
- Prep:
- (1) Muddle 818 Tequila Añejo and chili peppers in a shaker tin.
- (2) Add remaining ingredients and plenty of ice.
- (3) Shake together until the outside of the tin is frosty.
- (4) Strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube.
- (5) Garnish with a chili pepper.
