Tiramisu Espresso Martini

Añejo Blanco Reposado
We’ve taken the fine art of tiramisu, and added tequila. You’re welcome.
  1. Ingredients:
  2. 2.0 OZ 818 Tequila Reposado
  3. 1.25 OZ Espresso
  4. 0.75 OZ Coffee Liqueur
  5. 2-3 Dashes Chocolate Bitters
  6. 1 TBSP Mascarpone Cheese
  7. 1.5 TBSP Heavy Cream
  8. 1 TBSP Powdered Sugar
  • Prep:
  • For the Cocktail:
  • (1) Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin filled with ice.
  • (2) Shake vigorously until the outside of the tin is frosty cold.
  • (3) Strain, top with tiramisu whop and dust entire top of cocktail with thick, full layer of cocoa powder.
  • For the Tiramisu Whip:
  • (1) In a chilled bowl with an electric mixer, combine ingredients and whip together until you get a dense consistency.

  • 2.0 OZ - Maple Pumpkin Butter-Washed 818 Tequila Reposado*
  • 1 Bar Spoon - Maple Syrup
  • 2 Dashes - Aromatic Bitters
  • Prep:
  • *For Butter-Washed Reposado:
  • (1) Combine 4 tbsp maple pumpkin butter (prefer Stonewall Kitchen) and 12 oz 818 Reposado in an airtight container and let sit at room temperature for at least 4 hours.

  • 2.0 OZ - 818 Tequila Reposado
  • 0.75 OZ - Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 - Egg White or Aquafaba Foam
  • Prep:
  • (1) In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients except for soda and shake vigorously without ice.
  • (2) Add ice and continue to shake until frosty.
