Tiramisu Espresso Martini

We’ve taken the fine art of tiramisu, and added tequila. You’re welcome.

  1. Ingredients:
  2. 2.0 OZ - 818 Tequila Reposado
  3. 1.25 OZ - Espresso
  4. 0.75 OZ - Coffee Liqueur
  5. 2-3 Dashes - Chocolate Bitters
  6. + Cocoa Powder, unsweetened
  7. + Tiramisu Whip*
  • Prep:
  • *For the Tiramisu Whip:
  • (1) In a chilled bowl, with an electric mixer, combine 1 tbsp mascarpone cheese, 1.5 tbsp heavy cream, 1 tbsp powdered sugar.
  • (2) Whip together until you get a dense consistency.
  • --
  • For the Cocktail:
  • (1) In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine all ingredients.

  • (3) Strain into a martini glass, top with tiramisu whip and dust entire top of cocktail with thick, full layer of cocoa powder.
