Tiramisu Espresso Martini

We’ve taken the fine art of tiramisu, and added tequila. You’re welcome.
- Ingredients:
- 2.0 OZ - 818 Tequila Reposado
- 1.25 OZ - Espresso
- 0.75 OZ - Coffee Liqueur
- 2-3 Dashes - Chocolate Bitters
- + Cocoa Powder, unsweetened
- + Tiramisu Whip*
- Prep:
- *For the Tiramisu Whip:
- (1) In a chilled bowl, with an electric mixer, combine 1 tbsp mascarpone cheese, 1.5 tbsp heavy cream, 1 tbsp powdered sugar.
- (2) Whip together until you get a dense consistency.

- For the Cocktail:
- (1) In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine all ingredients.

- (3) Strain into a martini glass, top with tiramisu whip and dust entire top of cocktail with thick, full layer of cocoa powder.
