Tiramisu Espresso Martini

Añejo Blanco Reposado

We’ve taken the fine art of tiramisu, and added tequila. You’re welcome.

Ingredients:
2.0 OZ 818 Tequila Reposado
1.25 OZ Espresso
0.75 OZ Coffee Liqueur
2-3 Dashes Chocolate Bitters
1 TBSP Mascarpone Cheese
1.5 TBSP Heavy Cream
1 TBSP Powdered Sugar

Prep:
For the Cocktail:
(1) Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin filled with ice.
(2) Shake vigorously until the outside of the tin is frosty cold.
(3) Strain, top with tiramisu whop and dust entire top of cocktail with thick, full layer of cocoa powder.
For the Tiramisu Whip:
(1) In a chilled bowl with an electric mixer, combine ingredients and whip together until you get a dense consistency.

1.0 OZ Fresh Lime Juice
1.0 OZ Agave Syrup (50% Agave Nectar, 50% Water)

Prep:
(1) In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine all ingredients and shake until chilled.(2) Strain and serve over fresh ice and lime slice for garnish.
(2) Strain and serve over fresh ice and lime slice for garnish.
