Tiramisu Espresso Martini

We’ve taken the fine art of tiramisu, and added tequila. You’re welcome.
- Ingredients:
- 2.0 OZ 818 Tequila Reposado
- 1.25 OZ Espresso
- 0.75 OZ Coffee Liqueur
- 2-3 Dashes Chocolate Bitters
- 1 TBSP Mascarpone Cheese
- 1.5 TBSP Heavy Cream
- 1 TBSP Powdered Sugar
- Prep:
- For the Cocktail:
- (1) Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin filled with ice.
- (2) Shake vigorously until the outside of the tin is frosty cold.
- (3) Strain, top with tiramisu whop and dust entire top of cocktail with thick, full layer of cocoa powder.
- For the Tiramisu Whip:
- (1) In a chilled bowl with an electric mixer, combine ingredients and whip together until you get a dense consistency.
